In the current era of smart cities and homes, patient’s data like name, personal details disease description are highly insecure violated most often. These stored digitally in a network called Electronic Health Record (EHR). The EHR can be useful for future medical researches to enhance patients’ healthcare performance clinical practices. cannot accessible patients their caretakers, but they readily available unauthorized external agencies easily breached by hackers. This creates an imbalance accessibility security. resolved using blockchain technology. immutable ledger makes transaction decentralized. has three key features namely Security, Transparency, Decentralization. make system secured, prevent manipulation, only authorized persons. this paper, blockchain-based security framework been proposed secure provide safe way accessing doctors, insurance agents cryptography decentralization. also maintains balance between paper establishes how helps patients, authorities securely store access EHR.
